The Association of American Editorial Cartoonists will hold their annual convention in Duram, North Carolina Wednesday, Sept 21 — Saturday, Sept 24 as Part of the 2016 Political Cartoon & Satire Festival at Duke University.
The AAEC is graciously offering all NCS members a discounted registration rate – the same as the regular AAEC member rate.
