I’m Bruce Quast. I drew editorial cartoons for the Rockford (Illinois)Register Star for 24 years. Now I do a gag panel called “Comfortably Dumb”, which I self-distribute to weekly newspapers. I’m proud and happy to be a member of the NCS, and enjoy meeting with my friends in the Chicago – Midwest chapter.
