It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Bil Rechin. Cartoonist on the syndicated features “Crock” and “Out of Bounds” – which was named Newspaper Panel of the Year by the NCS in 1993 – Bil was a former President of the National Cartoonists Society. He is survived by his seven children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Our condolences go out to the family.
