We’re excited to announce that Jim Davis, creator of Garfield, the most widely-syndicated comic strip in the world, will be appearing at the 74th Annual Reuben Awards weekend in Kansas City!
A previous Reuben-winner, Jim will be speaking at the NCS conference on Friday, 5th June at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown. His exclusive talk for the NCS “The Art of Funny”, will pull back the curtain on Paws Inc. exploring the digital transformation of cartooning properties, from streaming animated series and films to social media. The Paws Inc. team do a brilliant job of keeping the brand progressing forward to the new generation, and always seem to be innovating. You will also discover what he thinks is funny from the standpoint of art, subject and timing in comics, animation, movies and TV in 2020.
