VICTOR RAMON MOJICA was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, but now lives in Valatie, New York with his wife, Barbara. Victor has five children and nine grandchildren. He is an illustrator, cartoonist, writer, and publisher with such works as the critically acclaimed comic book series "eugenus®, The Next Step in Human Evolution," and Captain CROSSBONES® in The Treasure Hunt. Most recently, he has been writing and illustrating a bimonthly cartoon strip, of the same name, for " The Columbia Insider," published by Pat Fisher and Ed Pollack. Victor is a self-educated artist with an associate degree in Illustration and Design. His other interests include writing screenplays, chess, board games, computers, the theater, movies, and cooking. He has worked as a computer specialist, operations manager, and Systems analyst for over twenty years.
