I started selling my single panel cartoons in the fall of 1989 to my hometown weekly paper and shortly after, Dragon Magazine, a monthly publication serving the Dungeons & Dragons community. In the years since, I've been published in many print and online publications, as well as commission work for numerous clients and trade publications. Notable clients include Reader's Digest, Saturday Evening Post and Funny Times. I also maintain my website, www.cartertoons.com, where visitors can see many of my cartoons and purchase licenses to download them for their projects.
