NCS’s Emil Abrahamian Named NDSWM “Good Will Ambassador”

Long time NCS member and “Stumpy Stumbler” cartoonist Emil Abrahamian was recently named “Good Will Ambassador” by the National Desert Storm War Memorial Association, an organization working towards the building of a memorial for the veterans of the Desert Storm US military operations in 1991. Emil has been working to promote awareness of the memorial efforts and to assist in fundraising for the project.
